About the Marketing Team

Marketing sits right at the heart of it all, between Product and Sales. We’re a team of social media marketing specialists, SEO specialists, content creators, campaign managers, copywriters, community managers, and email specialists, and we’re the ones who catch customer leads for our Sales department. How do we do that? We create progressive and personalized Emplifi content and publish it across all communication channels - social media, web, email campaigns, podcasts, and more. 

The important part is that we measure everything we do, and use what we learn about our content, and our audiences, to keep improving, learning, and creating content that gets results. And the best thing about being a part of Emplifi’s Marketing department is you’ll be working with other marketing-obsessed people in an atmosphere of energetic, fast-moving creativity, with great ideas bouncing all over the place.


Job Summary

Emplifi is looking for a senior-level marketer with expertise in building and executing integrated global campaigns for B2B companies, either in-house or at agencies. You should have a strong understanding of how to build awareness, engagement and brand credibility as well as online and offline integrated global marketing best practices and media modeling. This is currently an individual contributor role, and you will be rolling up your sleeves to get the work done, but open to the opportunity of leading a team in the future. Perhaps most importantly, you should excel at cross-functional and global collaboration with our leadership team and peers and exhibit a team-player spirit.


What You’ll Do Here

  • Work with a cross-functional team to create global brand and solution campaigns across the Emplifi CX Cloud via earned, owned and paid channels
  • Manage global agencies and work closely with internal stakeholders to develop, test, refine and execute campaigns across the organization and world
  • Determine how our quarterly and annual campaign budget is spent across marketing channels, marketing mix and regions
  • Execute, communicate, and measure integrated marketing strategies and programs, from inception to completion working hand-in-hand with rest of marketing team
  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to determine the right mix and timing of programs based on business imperatives and initiatives
  • While you will not be responsible for creative strategy, you will partner with the Experience Marketing and Design Studio on the evolution of the campaign concept and execution, including defining new requirements based on the campaign and media strategy
  • Monitor, assess and report on campaign performance and provide strategic direction and guidance based on analysis of results
  • Synthesize brand reporting from multiple sources (agency, performance marketing team, regions), channels, and mediums into one consolidated monthly and quarterly dashboard
  • Own the quarterly and annual brand surveys that measure the health of our brand among CX leaders as well as those of our competitors


What You’ll Bring to Us

  • Expertise in building and executing brand awareness campaigns for B2B companies
  • 10+ years of marketing experience (high-growth SaaS preferred)
  • In-house and/or agency experience
  • Demonstrate both traditional and non-traditional communications channels to reach and influence your target audience
  • Willingness to be hands-on
  • Specialist in cross-channel integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience owning end-to-end execution of marketing programs and campaigns
  • Self-starter with drive to succeed in a quickly changing business environment
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and proven ability to have impact & influence
  • Strategic problem solver with strong analytical skills to synthesize content and raw data into impactful campaign optimization strategies for new and existing initiatives
  • Outstanding cross-team collaboration, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, problem-solving, and executive presentation skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
  • Positive attitude, collaborative, energetic, and optimistic
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree required
