1. What does today’s announcement mean?

Today we announced that Socialbakers, the leading social media marketing platform and the customer engagement solution Astute, are joining together to become Emplifi, a unified customer experience (CX) platform that brings marketing, care and commerce together to empathize with customers and amplify the right experiences throughout the customer journey. 

2. What is Emplifi’s mission?

Emplifi’s mission is to close the customer experience gap by bringing marketing, care and commerce together to optimize digital interactions.

3. How does this news impact my organization?

The  launch of the Emplifi brand and product will result in more opportunities for you, with no disruption to your current service. It positions our teams to better support your needs and build a platform that truly delivers a best-in-class experience across the entire omni-channel customer journey. 

4. Will my existing contract terms remain unchanged? 

Currently, nothing changes with respect to your services, contracts and payment details.

5. Will I retain the same team and point of contact?

Yes. In the interest of keeping things as smooth as possible for our customers, there will be no changes to your point of contact.

6. Does this mean that your team will have new email addresses?

From today, you will begin receiving emails from @emplifi.io email address from our teams and also our marketing communications. In the interim transition period, you can still email @astutesolutions.com and @socialbakers.com to reach us. Product notifications and emails will continue to be sent from each respective email address.

7. Will my login details (username and password) change?

Your login details remain the same. Whichever URL you are currently using to access our products will continue working. 

8. Will your service offering change?

All customers will continue to be supported with their services as currently contracted. Innovation is at the core of what we do. A larger joined effort in research and development will allow us to further expand our products to meet your and your customers’ evolving needs.
