We are looking for creative, determined and enthusiastic Software Engineer to join our team. Using the latest technologies and software products, you will solve big and challenging problems, with quality work in mind. What You'll Do Here

  • Work with other developers and mangers to design solutions to complex problems
  • Learn new technologies and methodologies
  • Write code on any area of the technology stack: data access, business, application and presentation layers
  • Be a resource to non-technical coworkers and customers, both through documentation or direct communication
  • Ensure the quality of your and your team’s work (part of a small Agile team)
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
  • Ensure that the designs are complete and documented in Confluence. Code is developed according to design with no or low level of defects
  • Mentor new hires including guiding and assisting in the education of both product knowledge and technical skills, as well as environment and tools
  • Actively participate in the improvement of development procedures, workflow and process to improve quality and performance of developed software
  • Independently develop designs other team members can utilize in the development of new features and modifications to existing features
  • Design and implement testing processes within the code base to improve quality and performance of the software
  • Consistently utilize Jira and Confluence for documenting designs, testing plans, feature functionality additions and modifications
  • Work with other team members on integration points, new features and designs
  • Ability to document and present product and technology in a manner where non-technical user can consume the information easily
  • Adhere to company and team policies including accurately documenting tasks and reporting time in Jira

What You'll Bring to Us

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or a related field
  • Good communications skills and teamwork skills
  • Maintains a strong habit of continuously learning new programming languages and technologies
  • Ability to participate in the improvement of development procedures, workflow processes, and improve quality and performance of group
  • Exposure to working with team members on integration points, new feature, and designs
  • Some experience in documenting and presenting technology in an easy-to-understand manner to non-technical users
  • Self-starter who takes responsibility for assigned work
  • 5-10 years development experience required, including experience with these technologies:
    • .NET 5 with C#
    • .NET Framework with C#
    • Relational databases
    • AngularJS, Angular, React, VueJS or similar experience
    • JavaScript/HTML/CSS
    • Agile development
    • Git / Bitbucket
  • Experience using modern source-code management systems (e.g. git) for versioning and managing code update.
  • Experience developing against external/3rd party APIs
  • Ability to lead a small team in diagnosing and resolving complex critical issues impacting production customer systems

  • Can easily research and learn new technologies and languages that will be utilized for the development and support of the products

  • Ability to research and prototype ideas with new technologies
