Job Summary

Responsible for execution and overseeing of digital strategy and tracking of marketing campaigns and activities. Work with the broader marketing and sales organizations to define, implement and optimize tools to drive automation and processes, improve lead generation and quality, identify key lead behaviors, and deliver marketing results and analytics.


What You’ll Do Here

  • Act as head Marketo Administrator - Certified Marketo Expert preferred 
  • Optimize and maintain lead flow/management and scoring processes
  • Ensure consistent Program/Campaign/Nurture setups & execution
  • Manage target lists & segmentation across products, business units
  • Asset creation & management (emails, forms, landing pages, templates)
  • Manage revenue models and lead lifecycles
  • Database management, fields & global campaign sync to Salesforce
  • Additional integrations/launchpoint connections
  • Oversee admin settings & user management


What You’ll Bring to Us

  • Strong experience aligning Marketo & Salesforce lead lifecycle processes
  • Working knowledge of Bizible or similar multi-touch attribution reporting platforms
  • Experience with Demandbase or similar Account Based Marketing (ABM) platforms and intent data
  • Experience with various webinar/event platforms such as Zoom, On24, Bizzabo
  • Experience with database & appending services such as D&B, Zoominfo, Insideview, etc.
  • General knowledge of web development needs and SEM-focused initiatives
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Growth/Content/Product marketing teams, Sales and Client Organizations to achieve process alignment and implement new tools
  • Experience of managing a team of marketing ops & email specialists
