We’re now more linked in with LinkedIn, giving you quick and easy access to private performance metrics for your owned and connected profiles.

This new source will be available across Content Hub and Dashboards, including cross-platform and channel-specific widgets so you can perform cross platform analysis and reporting for posts made across all of your connected social networks.

This release adds the following LinkedIn metrics:

  • Post Clicks*

  • Insights Comments

  • Insights Reactions

  • Shares

  • Engagements

  • Impressions

  • Video Views

  • Unique Video Views*

  • Time Watched

  • Impressions Engagement Rate

The two starred metrics above are also now available for Facebook.





More options for Media Attachments in Community Direct Messages

In this release, we’ve made it easier for community managers to share images and videos when communicating across the Facebook platform. We now support image and video attachments when sending a Direct Message in Emplifi Community.

Currently, API limitations prevent sending one attachment per message.
