What You’ll Do Here

• Issuing invoices and credit notes to clients in the accounting system NetSuite.
•  Daily work in CRM system Salesforce, preparing of the orders data for transfer to the accounting system
•  E-mail communication with customers related to the billing process
•  Administration of additional documents (orders, vendor forms, tax certificates)
•  Cooperation with internal teams – Collection, AP, SalesOps, Sales, Contracts 

 

What You’ll Bring to Us

• High school or university degree in Economy/Finance
• Advanced English (at least B1-B2) and fluent Czech language – daily communication
• Strong IT skills – MS Office
• High work commitment, flexibility, reliability
• Work experience not required, but can be advantage
