Business Analyst

A Business Analyst plays a key role in the Business Intelligence Reporting Team (BIRT). Business analysts analyze complex data to provide valuable insights to the management team, leveraging their deep understanding of the industry and the company's operations. Using tools like Tableau and PostgreSQL, they create high-quality data products and implement strategies to enhance business performance. Business Analysts also have proven experience in project management, can offer consultancy to stakeholders, and possess necessary soft skills to understand and translate business needs into actionable insights through data visualization. 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze and address specific use cases, such as identifying gaps for potential business expansion
• Proactively influence stakeholders to make data-driven decisions and support business projects using your data knowledge and analytical skills
• Work together on business process modeling and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Analyze and prepare data sources for Tableau dashboards with a focus on high-quality code and optimization
• Develop and maintain complex dashboards in Tableau
• Cooperate on creation and implementation of management plans for assigned project, ensuring transparent communication at all levels

 

What You'll Bring to Us

• Possess 2+ years of experience in analytics and/or reporting
• Have a background in working within multicultural environments
• Demonstrate knowledge of crafting optimized and functional SQL code
• Showcase experience in data visualization using Tableau or similar BI reporting tools
• Exhibit a quick grasp of business needs, translating data into actionable insights
• Embrace a proactive approach, providing thorough consultancy
• Possess good presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrate English proficiency at level B2 or higher
