Our team consists of Product Managers and Product Owners. We all have one common goal: to deliver the best possible value to our customers in the shortest possible time using agile methodology.
Product Managers work on early prototypes with our Design team. They also come up with ideas, measure platform usage, have calls with customers, and undertake market research and customer validation. In addition, they prepare all relevant educational and collateral materials to communicate feature benefits, and prepare in-product marketing campaigns. Product Owners collaborate with Development teams. POs represent the customer internally during the development process and need to make swift decisions, thinking on their feet.
