About the Global Solutions & Services 

The Global Solution Services team consists of Business Consulting (Evangelists), Solutions Consultants and Professional Services. The team is spread around the globe and helps businesses to scale their digital CX innovations and operations internationally while supporting clients of all sizes. As part of an international global team, you will have the opportunity to work with colleagues from Sydney all the way to Sao Paulo, from New York to Singapore and be part of a group of devoted professionals.

This role can be based in London, UK or remotely within the US.

What You'll Do Here

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead a high-performing team of Solutions Consultants, ensuring they are aligned with company goals, equipped with Emplifi's latest innovations, and are effectively helping customers shape their future state.
    Foster a culture of continuous learning within your team, promoting the development of their technical expertise, and industry knowledge.

Growth & Development

  • Identify and validate new technical use cases for upsell and cross-sell opportunities, helping clients envision new possibilities and implementing innovative workflow solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a library of strategic resources, including reports, consulting methodologies, and marketing materials, tailored to the targeted industries in the region.
  • Guide your team in creating a suite library of replicable assets and empowering user documentation to ensure full adoption and constant usage growth of Emplifi solutions.

Client & Internal Team Engagement

  • Partner with Regional Leaders to develop the best approach reflecting regional specifics and needs to maximise the impact of Solution Consultants in assigned territories.
  • Develop deep, strategic relationships with key accounts and become their trusted advisor at an escalation point. 
  • Spearhead collaboration with the Product Team to keep the team updated with sufficient technical information, manage Beta Programs, ensuring that feedback from key stakeholders is incorporated into product development.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee the delivery of presales support, including compelling demonstrations, requirement gathering, solution proposals, trials or POCs, and RFP orchestration.
  • Ensure that the Solutions Consultants team works cohesively with AEs & CSMs to promote sustainable adoption of Emplifi solutions that are aligned with client objectives and demonstrate clear business value.
  • Drive innovation within the team by continuously updating knowledge of market trends, competitive insights, and emerging technologies to influence product development and market strategy.

What You'll Bring to Us

  • A seasoned leader ideally with the experience in technology consultancy, preferably within the CX or similar industry.
  • Ideally proven track record of managing and developing high-performing consulting teams.
  • Exceptional technical acumen, with the ability to distil complex concepts and to architect comprehensive solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of leading transformative change initiatives and handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels of an organisation.
  • Demonstrable experience in sales enablement, with a deep understanding of pre sales activities and solution selling.
  • Knowledge of modern engagement platforms and solutions, with a preference for candidates who have experience with Emplifi products or similar technologies.
  • Proven ability to drive customer success and business growth through technological innovation and customer engagement.
  • Proficient English language skills
