About the Marketing Team 

Marketing sits right at the heart of it all, between Product and Sales. We’re a team of social media marketing specialists, SEO specialists, content creators, campaign managers, copywriters, community managers, and email specialists, and we’re the ones who catch customer leads for our Sales department. How do we do that? We create progressive and personalized Emplifi content and publish it across all communication channels - social media, web, email campaigns, podcasts, and more.

Job Summary

The Digital Graphic Designer will be part of the Marketing Design team that delivers a professional and consistent look and feel for all assets distributed by the company.

The suitable candidate will be an accomplished designer with a minimum of 5 years experience within an in-house design team, a digital agency or marketing related environment. You will have a degree in graphics or similar design related discipline and a strong digital and motion design portfolio. You are a natural problem solver with the ability to interpret briefs and produce aesthetically stunning work. You will be an integral part of the team with the support of a junior designer and Head of Design. In addition to producing high level materials you will be responsible for reviewing designs, providing feedback and willing to take the lead of the design studio.

This designer will work closely with the rest of the marketing team including: demand gen, product marketing, content, marketing operations and others in sales to create dynamic and brand consistent assets for prospects and customers.
This role requires unparalleled design and branding skills, attention to detail, organization, consistent follow-up, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

This role can be based in either our London or Prague offices.


What You’ll Do Here

  • Create materials that represent the brand with innovative ideas but with a consistent look & feel
  • Designing graphics for our website, infographics, e-books, white papers, reports, adverts, slide decks, social media graphics, printed materials, exhibitions and other marketing materials
  • Creating and editing video and motion graphics
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including: Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD and motion software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications and Google Work environment
  • Asana and Figma experience a strong plus
  • HTML, CSS a plus
  • Sound understanding of UX/UI principles.
  • Work with the library of existing brand and design assets, add to the library as needed
  • Contribute to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table,
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines, and delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Collaborating with team members across multiple timezones
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills, and exploring new techniques to push the boundaries of motion & digital design


What You’ll Bring to Us

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar environment
  • Degree/Diploma or other higher qualification in Graphic Design / Design related subject
  • Demonstrable keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
  • Ability to stay current on design techniques and tactics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to clearly articulate your ideas & push boundaries
  • Ability to work alone and manage time as well as a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
  • Desire to learn
  • Strong admin and organisational skills
