Emplifi is committed to preventing acts of modern slavery and human trafficking from occurring within its business and supply chain, and imposes the same high standards on its suppliers.
2. Structure of the organisation
2.1 Emplifi is a comprehensive customer engagement platform used worldwide by over 20,000 brands to power growth, loyalty, and exceptional digital and social experiences.
2.2 In order to provide our services we work with a range of suppliers mainly in the software sector.
3. Policies
3.1 As part of our commitment to combating modern slavery and human trafficking, we have implemented the following policies:
3.1.1 Whistleblowing policy
3.1.2 Supplier code of conduct policy
3.1.3 Corruption policy
3.1.4 Code of Conduct and ethics policy
4. Due diligence
4.1 As part of our efforts to monitor and reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring within our supply chains, we have group level staff training on corruption, a code of conduct and ethical approach to our business that ensures a high level of scrutiny.
4.2 Our procedures are designed to:
4.2.1 establish and assess areas of potential risk in our business and supply chains;
4.2.2 monitor potential risk areas in our business and supply chains;
4.2.3 reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our business and supply chains; and
4.2.4 provide adequate protection for whistleblowers.
5. Risk management
5.1 Emplifi regularly evaluates the nature and extent of its exposure to the risk of modern slavery occurring in its supply chain by ensuring multifunctional review and approval is obtained before any business relationship is entered into.
5.2 We do not consider Emplifi to operate in high risk sectors or locations.
5.3 Where we have identified a potential risk we mitigate through activities such as due diligence, improved procurement practices or industry collaboration.
5.4 We ensure all our suppliers adhere to our supplier code of conduct policy. We enforce a strict code of compliance and do not tolerate slavery and human trafficking within our supply chains.
6. Training
6.1 We invest in educating our staff to recognise the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. Through our training programmes, employees are encouraged to identify and report any potential concerns.
7. Further actions and sign-off
7.1 Following our review of our actions this financial year to prevent slavery or human trafficking from occurring in our business or supply chains, we will continue to ensure scrutiny of those we do business with.
7.2 This statement is made in accordance with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Emplifi’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year 2024.
