Job Summary

We are looking for a top performer who wants to be a part of a fast-growing, high-tech, Artificial Intelligence (AI) company. Emplifi is a global Customer Engagement solution provider, with services across three cloud offerings (Social Marketing, Social Commerce, and Service) in a highly attractive market sector. A SaaS company with over 90% recurring revenue and backed by prestigious private equity investors. As Manager, FP&A, you will have the opportunity to be a trusted advisor to a rapidly growing arm of the business. We are looking for an independently motivated and business savvy thinker who can grasp complex financial tools easily. You will collaborate closely with a cross-disciplinary team of peers and other finance staff.

This is an individual contributor role which can be located remotely within the United States.

What You’ll Do Here

• Assist with monthly financial closing and reporting process.
• Proactively identify and recommend cost efficiency and productivity initiatives.
• Drive the regular forecast and annual budgeting process.
• Develop and rollout Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, analyzing key trends.
• Provide dynamic and proactive added value analytical service to the C-Suite and Management of the business.
• Produce and coordinate executive presentations to senior management and external investors.
• Serves as a liaison across functions, enabling collaboration and communication.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with internal financial and accounting procedures.
• Assist with multiple projects and tasks enhancing systems, processes, and providing ad hoc analytics.
• Lead financial integration of acquisitions.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to the direction of the FP&A team, function, and deliverables.
• Serve as backup to the VP, FP&A as needed.

 

What You’ll Bring to Us

• At least 8 years in financial analysis and/or accounting, preference given to those with Quality of Earnings, Management Consulting, Private Equity, or Investment Banking experience.
• Must have experience within a SaaS environment.
• Excellent Excel skills and ability to grasp Finance/Business Intelligence tool quickly and efficiently (NetSuite experience a plus).
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or other quantitative-heavy field.
• Experience in Enterprise software companies, or a demonstrated ability to learn a new industry quickly.
• Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail.
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks to effectively meet deadlines.
• Very good communication skills with a service approach to the role.
• Operate with integrity, keeping all company and personnel information confidential.
• Ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner.
