Job Summary

Are you a meticulous analyst with a knack for enhancing sales processes and supporting leadership initiatives? We're in search of a Senior Analyst in Sales Operations who is passionate about aiding our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Vice President of Global Sales Operations in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency. In this pivotal role, you'll play a crucial part in optimizing sales processes, generating actionable insights from data analysis, and providing invaluable support to various sales initiatives. What You’ll Do Here

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Dive deep into sales data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing meaningful insights to guide decision-making for our CRO and VP.
  • Work collaboratively with the corporate data analytics and reporting teams to Craft regular reports and dynamic dashboards that offer clear visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy, empowering leadership with actionable information.

Sales Process Enhancement

  • Collaborate closely with our VP of Sales Operations to fine-tune sales processes and workflows, focusing on efficiency gains and seamless integration across systems.
  • Implement process improvements that streamline operations, easing the workload for our CRO and sales teams while boosting overall productivity.

Forecasting and Pipeline Management Assistance

  • Support our VP of Sales Operations in managing the sales forecasting process, offering insights gleaned from pipeline data analysis to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Keep a vigilant eye on pipeline health, promptly flagging any potential risks or issues to ensure our CRO and VP have the information they need to make informed decisions.

Ad Hoc Analysis and Project Support

  • Stand ready to tackle ad hoc analysis and special projects as requested by our VP of Sales Operations, delivering insights and recommendations that support their strategic vision and goals.
  • Bring your analytical prowess and proactive mindset to the table, helping to drive sales operations optimization and process improvement initiatives forward.

 

What You’ll Bring to Us

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales operations for a software company
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative spirit that fosters teamwork and partnership.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
