About the Role

In Emplifi Social Pod, we help customers connect with their audience, analyze performance, and get inspired through our AI-powered platform.

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will work on our core analytics products and features,  helping us leverage AI to build intelligent, scalable solutions that benefit both our customers and our internal developer ecosystem. 

We are looking for an experienced and autonomous engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing technical direction, and exploring new ways to integrate AI capabilities into our platform.

What You’ll Do Here

  • Improve and evolve our analytics platform used by global brands.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and other teams to deliver solutions.
  • Ask questions. 
  • Design, develop, debug, and maintain backend microservices and APIs.
  • Prototype and experiment with AI-driven features and help prepare our platform for the AI era.
  • Independently plan and execute development initiatives and contribute to the technical roadmap.
  • Help build best-in-class analytics and intelligent tools for our customers.
  • Present technical proposals and architectural decisions to engineering stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring to Us

  • Senior-level full-stack experience (Node.js, JavaScript, Typescript) 
  • Experience building scalable backend services and APIs.
  • Experience working with modern frontend frameworks (React).
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
  • Understanding of agile development practices.
  • A proactive leader who influences the strategic direction of the platform, balancing rapid innovation with long-term architectural stability, security, and cost efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguous requirements.
  • A solution-oriented mindset with a focus on scalable and maintainable design.
  • Interest in AI technologies and their practical application in software development.
