What You’ll Do Here:

  • Monitoring and maintaining IT systems and services all around the world (11 offices)
  • Cooperation on developing department policies
  • Vendor management where appropriate
  • Automating and innovating internal processes
  • Managing and maintaining company HW and SW tools, management of company technical equipment, keeping records, arranging maintenance
  • Training employees
  • Resolving help desk escalations (MacOS, Windows)
  • Solving everyday users’ and technical issues within the offices
  • Creating technical documentation and other non-technical manuals
  • Onboarding and offboarding employees

What You'll Bring to Us:

  • Very good overview and interest in the IT field, including audio/video
  • 3-5 years of similar experience
  • Advanced knowledge of OS Windows and Mac OS; knowledge of Linux/Unix is an advantage
  • Knowledge of networking, VOIP and security
  • Experience with everyday communication with clients (internal/external) and their support
  • Good time management, ability to meet deadlines and to finish assigned projects, analytical thinking and patience, proactive and positive approach
  • Understanding of business structures
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Understanding of system interconnection
  • Awareness  of security & regulatory concepts
  • Knowledge of SSO products and implementation
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft and Google productivity Suite.
