Emplifi’s sales team is spread around the globe and helps businesses to scale their digital CX innovations and operations internationally while supporting clients of all sizes. Job Summary

The Director of Global Partnerships is a senior leadership role, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global partnerships strategy to drive business growth and enhance organizational success. With a focus on partnerships spanning Agencies, ISVs, SIs and Tech Alliances, this role will be key in defining and executing the Go-To-Market strategy of the organization.

 

What You’ll Do Here

Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement a global partnerships strategy aligned with the overall business goals and objectives.
  • Identify key markets and industries for partnership opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.

Partnership Identification and Evaluation

  • Identify potential global partners, including strategic alliances, joint ventures, and other collaboration opportunities.
  • Evaluate potential partners based on compatibility, strategic fit, and mutual benefits.
  • Conduct due diligence on potential partners to assess their financial stability, reputation, and capabilities.

Negotiation and Deal Structuring

  • Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Structure partnership deals, outlining terms, conditions, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure that agreements are legally sound and aligned with the organization's policies.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners at various levels.
  • Act as the main point of contact for global partners and manage ongoing communication.
  • Resolve conflicts and issues that may arise during the partnership.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, product development, and legal to align partnership activities with overall business objectives.
  • Ensure seamless integration of partnership initiatives with other business functions.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of global partnerships against established metrics.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on partnership achievements and challenges.

Risk Management

  • Identify potential risks associated with global partnerships and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Stay informed about changes in the business environment that may impact partnerships.

Innovation and Adaptation

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies that may impact partnership strategies.
  • Innovate and adapt partnership approaches to stay competitive in the global market.

 

What You’ll Bring to Us 

  • Extensive experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and global market trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
