Technical Implementations Manager

We are looking for a Prague-based Technical Implementations Manager to work closely with our customers to provide support in the numerous technical aspects of our software deployment.  You will need the maturity to work collaboratively and independently with clients across the globe. The Technical Implementations manager is a key role within our team. The individual owns the technical aspects of a customer implementation. They are the trusted advisor on all technical solutions and Emplifi product capabilities. 

You will be part of the liaison between Emplifi and the customer for onboarding and own the creation of any tickets needed during the Implementation process.



What You'll Do Here:

  • First-line support during the client implementation phase.
  • Lead the process of requirement gathering, scoping, pricing, project planning, and delivery for multiple top-flight client projects.
  • Develop an intimate familiarity with the systems behind the Emplifi product suite, and leverage your technical problem-solving skills to ensure our clients successfully get the most out of our platforms.
  • Define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for Client Success, Product, and Engineering team members within specific customer projects, and maintain effective channels of communication to address and overcome challenges within them.
  • Be a live streaming champion dealing with clients' technical setup, hosting weekly customer calls and training to deliver a world-class onboarding experience.
  • Use your strong decision-making skills to work closely with project sponsors, client stakeholders, and leadership team members to prioritize resourcing and project timelines.
  • Create training materials (decks, best practice guides, designs for devices).
  • Provide Training to other team members when needed

What You'll Bring To Us:

    • World-class understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
    • Meticulous and relentless problem-solving skills for technical investigations

    • Track record of excelling in a fast-paced, collaborative, self-motivated startup environment
    • Demonstrated familiarity with the following technical domains:
      • Web fundamentals (REST APIs, Javascript, CSS)
      • Data feed processing (CSV, XML, JSON, etc.)
      • Jira or other ticketing software
      • Content Management Systems
      • E-commerce Platforms (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc)
    • Personable and customer-centric attitude
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
