Ohad is an experienced leader with a proven track record. As the Co-Founder of Prodport and former CEO of Emarsys, he steered the company to new heights, expanding its global footprint with 13 offices, hundreds of employees, and over 4,000 clients, and leveraging his strategic vision to pave the way for Emarsys’ acquisition by SAP in October 2020. With an international background covering Europe, Asia, and the US, Ohad champions inclusive cultures, attracting top talent globally. An internationally sought-after speaker, his personal interests include guitar, road cycling, tennis, and a fulfilling family life.

Peter is an accomplished executive with almost 30 years of experience providing financial and operational leadership for multinationals, private equity and venture-backed companies. He has an excellent track record of leading companies through growth, merger, turn-around and sale situations. Prior to joining the company, he held CFO and finance leadership roles at leading software businesses such as Rogue Wave, SRSoft, Asset Control and Misys. Peter's most recent role was CFO at Sparta Systems.

As an accomplished technology executive and former CEO, Jennifer Brooks brings a robust background growing and leading Go-To-Market and Operations teams that delivered proven customer results. Prior to joining Emplifi, she was the CRO at Monotype, leading global sales and revenue teams. Jennifer founded Magnetic, a web development firm, and led the organization until it was acquired by Bridgeline Digital, where she then spent three years as their SVP of Enterprise Business Development. Jennifer also served two years as VP of Global eCommerce Sales at Pitney Bowes.

As a 5-time CMO, Susan Ganeshan brings vast knowledge and a proven playbook spanning marketing strategy, brand building, demand generation, and metrics-based decisioning. Susan’s high-tech B2B experience traverses small to mid-size companies in high growth mode and billion-dollar valuation enterprises working to expand globally. She passionately builds highly effective teams and champions customer’s success. Over her 30+ year career, Susan has proudly represented software solution providers, including Emplifi, Clearwater Analytics (NYSE: CWAN), Granicus (backed by Vista Equity), Clarabridge (now Qualtrics), NewBrand (now Sprinklr), webMethods (now IBM), and Deloitte Consulting, among others.

A passionate technologist, Todd oversees all technology and technological resources at Emplifi, from vision, to strategy and ultimately execution. He brings 25+ years of digital marketing and enterprise software development experience, with global businesses like Responsys (Oracle Marketing Cloud) and DigitasLbi. Todd has extensive experience building and leading global SaaS technology teams, defining best-in-class technology strategies and driving fast-paced innovation. Prior to joining the company, he served as CTO at Selligent Marketing Cloud.

A seasoned Human Resources professional, Dagmar brings two decades of experience in international HR business partnership to our leadership team. In her current role she leads people strategy and diversity, with a strong focus on hiring and retaining top talent and building a dynamic culture to support our company growth. Prior to her current role, Dagmar served as the HR Lead for the Czech Republic at Microsoft and HR Director for EMEA at Avery Dennison.
