Addendum EU SCCs:

• This UK Addendum applies to and supplements the 2021 EU Standard Contractual Clauses available here.
• The references to the “DPA” contained herein shall mean the references to the “Addendum to Data Privacy Schedule – Data Processing Agreement” which is part of “Schedule C – Data Privacy Schedule” to the Emplifi Terms and Conditions available on-line here or shared with the customer by Emplifi via other means.
• For clarity, any transfers by Customer of personal data to and processing of such personal data by EEA-based Emplifi entities is governed solely by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) concluded between the said parties.

Table 3: Appendix Information

“Appendix Information” means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:

Annex 1A: List of Parties: As identified in the Order or similar order document.

Annex 1B: Description of Transfer: As described in the DPA, in particular its Annex 1 depending on the type of Services used by the Customer.

Annex II: Technical and organisational measures including technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of the data: see in particular “Schedule B – Data Security Schedule” and also “Schedule C – Data Privacy Schedule” to the Emplifi Terms and Conditions.

Annex III: List of Sub processors: As per the relevant service description in Annex 1 to the DPA, depending on the type of Services used by the Customer.

Table 4: Ending this Addendum when the Approved Addendum Changes
