EMPLIFI™ Show Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes")

HOW TO ENTER: Entrants must fully complete and submit an official entry form either in person at Sponsor’s Show booth during regular Show hours or online at https://go.emplifi.io/AMER-NA-FY21-Q3-TS-WC-conference-giveaway.html prior to the end of the Show. Entry forms submitted in any form or manner other than official entry forms submitted as outlined above may not be accepted. Entrants may enter only on their own behalf and may submit only one entry per Show location. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, illegible or incomplete entries. By entering, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by and accepts these Official Rules, and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

Sponsor's timeclock is the official timekeeper for all Sweepstakes purposes.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to United States residents who are the age of majority or older in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry, who are attendees at the Show. Employees, directors and officers of Emplifi, Inc. (the "Sponsor") and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and sales representatives (collectively, “Sweepstakes Parties") are not eligible to enter. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein, and by entering you agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who Sponsor believes or suspects to have tampered with the entry process or violated these Official Rules. Void where prohibited by law.

PRIZES/ODDS: Available Sweepstakes prizes consist of the following:

Certain restrictions or limitations may apply. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize per person per Show.

No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prizes is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The prize consists only of the items listed above, and prizes must be claimed and removed by the winner before the end of the Show. The winner is responsible for any additional costs associated with transporting and using the prize. You agree to accept the prize, as is. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner, and the Sponsor will provide a 1099 tax form to the winner of any prize valued at over $600.

WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION: Prize winners will be selected via random drawing to take at the Show. Each entry pool will remain mutually exclusive. Potential winners will be announced at the Show. Prize winners must be present at the Show to win. Prizes may be provided at Sponsor's Show booth following the drawing or may be shipped to the winner, in Sponsor's sole discretion. In the event Sponsor is unable to reach a potential prize winner for any reason, or a prize is not claimed by the time Sponsor's Show booth is closed down, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by random draw, if practicable. Except where legally prohibited, by accepting a prize, winner grants (and agrees to confirm they grant in writing) permission for Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use his/her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising, trade and/or publicity purposes without approval or additional compensation.

GENERAL: By entering this Sweepstakes, you accept and agree that (a) the Sweepstakes Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property damage resulting in or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes related activity; or technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (b) all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (c) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs; (d) all issues and questions concerning the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Ohio, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules; and (e) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved exclusively by the applicable United States District Court in Ohio or the appropriate Ohio State Court.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes should causes beyond its reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.
