As certified and accredited by third party privacy organizations, Emplifi holds an ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification. The scope of Emplifi's ISMS is limited to the infrastructure, software, people, procedures and data necessary to provide its services and that directly support the Emplifi SaaS "Customer Experience Platform" (Agent, Knowledge, BOT, VOC, Live Commerce, UGC, R&R, SMC) provided to customers.
