We at Emplifi take security very seriously and have developed and implemented a comprehensive set of policies, procedures and technologies to ensure appropriate confidentiality, integrity and availability of your data, including penetration tests, vulnerability scans, secure development frameworks, access management, supplier management, compliance processes and employee security awareness.

As certified and accredited by third party privacy organizations, Emplifi holds an ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification. The scope of Emplifi’s ISMS is limited to the infrastructure, software, people, procedures and data necessary to provide its services and that directly support the Emplifi SaaS “Customer Experience Platform” (Agent, Knowledge, BOT, VOC, Live Commerce, UGC, R&R, SMC) provided to customers.

SOC 2 Type 2 – We have obtained SOC 2 Type 2 audit report for our commitment to protecting and safeguarding data with full transparency into security, availability, confidentiality, privacy and compliance controls at Emplifi.
