Jim Koepke brings more than 19 years of deep experience in MarTech and B2B technology services. Having led two successful exits as a revenue leader, he specializes in scaling SaaS businesses through operational excellence and a detail-obsessed focus on execution. Prior to joining Emplifi, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at Maropost and Terminus and as Managing Director, United States at Insider. Earlier in his career, Jim held senior sales leadership roles at Emarsys and ExactTarget/Salesforce, where he helped lead enterprise growth and expansion across the North American market.

Jim believes in both the science and art of sales, prioritizing process discipline, forecast accuracy, and a culture that empowers high-performing teams to win together. Raised in the Midwestern United States, he’s now proud to call the Lowcountry home. Jim is a dedicated family man, a die-hard Chicago sports fanatic, and an avid traveler.
