Joy Ofodu’s mission in life is to empower on/offline communities. Joy currently works at Instagram as a Marketing Manager, where she focuses on community engagement and representation in global campaigns. She is also a Top 2% Linkedin publisher in Marketing and Advertising and a Gen Z speaker along professional development topics. Joy began her career at Instagram as an intern in the summer of 2017. Prior to that, she worked on brands including Facebook, Star Wars, thredUP and the NAACP Image Awards. Joy’s work has been featured in the Los Angeles Times, AdWeek, AfroTech, Refinery 29 (1)(2), Afropunk (1)(2), Deadline, The Everygirl and more.

Bob Gearing is the Global Head of Enterprise Solutions at Emplifi NYC and has been a part of the team for 7+ years. Bob has led the acceleration of growth, innovation and success for global clients including developing partnerships with major brands such as ABInBev, WWE, LVMH, Discovery Inc. and more. Prior to his time at Emplifi, Bob managed sales and partnership teams in the sports and tech industries including executive roles at CBS Radio, New York Yankee Radio, NeuLion, Inc. and Rightster.
