Prior to his time at Carat, Ryan worked in various roles within the tech and social media advertising industry. He is a paid campaigns guru and an expert in how to deliver human-centric, integrated solutions.

Bob Gearing is the Global Head of Enterprise Solutions at Emplifi NYC and has been a part of the team for 7+ years. Bob has led the acceleration of growth, innovation and success for global clients including developing partnerships with major brands such as ABInBev, WWE, LVMH, Discovery Inc. and more.
