David A. Cohen, Facebook

David is the Developer Partner Manager at Facebook. A gamer and tinkerer at heart, David Cohen leads Facebook’s work with Messaging Platform Partners to enable high quality experiences for brands. Prior to Facebook, David led product marketing on eBay’s innovation team and was VP Partnerships at Ironsource.

Iris Chaillon, L’Occitane

Iris is the Global Customer Care Lead at L’Occitane. Iris has worked passionately for customers for 5 years, at various roles in CRM and Customer Care for a wide spectrum of companies from healthy & beauty to media. Joining L’Occitane Group two years ago, she is in charge of international Customer Care projects with the aim of excellent experience for both customers and employees.

Sofia Rodriguez, Salomon

Sofia is the Global Head Community Manager at Salomon. Sofia has worked in the social media world for 6 years, developing content for various accounts across all social platforms. At Salomon as the Global Community Manager, she is in charge of growing the social media presence by creating & optimizing content and building a strong relationship within the online community.
