Emplifi Appoints Jim Koepke as Chief Revenue Officer to Lead Global Growth Strategy

New York, July 23, 2026 –Emplifi, the leading Autonomous CX platform, today announced the appointment of Jim Koepke as Chief Revenue Officer. Koepke, who previously served as Emplifi’s Senior Vice President of Global Sales, will lead the company’s global revenue organization, driving commercial strategy and go-to-market execution as the company enters its next phase of growth.

As CRO, Koepke will focus on expanding adoption of Emplifi Fuel AI across marketing, commerce, and customer care while strengthening Emplifi’s global go-to-market organization. His appointment comes as Emplifi delivers rapid advancement in Autonomous CX, helping brands bring together disconnected customer engagement workflows, data, and teams through AI-powered technology.
