Emplifi Celebrates a Transformative Year with Surging Adoption and Major Awards

New York, January 8, 2024Emplifi, a leading customer engagement platform, today announced a series of significant achievements in 2024, reflecting significant growth in its global customer base and platform adoption. The company also reported a 20% quarter-over-quarter growth in monthly active users (MAU) for Q4 2024, showcasing strong adoption rates among marketing and customer care teams leveraging Emplifi’s innovative solutions.

These key milestones are the result of strategic company initiatives to create a more customer-centric social media management and customer care platform that enables brands to unify their social media marketing, social commerce and customer service efforts.

A highlight of the year was Emplifi’s recognition as a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Social Suites, Q4 2024. The report, authored by Forrester Principal Analyst Kelsey Chickering noted, “From global brands with deep customer care or commerce needs to companies with straightforward social media management tasks, Emplifi is intuitive enough for the entry-level user but also modular enough for more complex use cases.”

A major initiative completed this year was the launch of ten new AI-powered social media marketing and customer care tools, which included an AI-composer for community and care solutions, an AI-powered case and topic summarization for customer care teams, and an AI-powered image quality prediction and scoring tool. Last year, McKinsey & Company predicted generative AI had the potential to automate work activities that took up as much as 60% to 70% of an employee’s workday. Emplifi’s own research revealed marketing teams that used AI for content creation saved up to an hour per piece of content, lending credence to McKinsey’s prediction.
